Disputes And Other Rule Violations

Disputes first, for other rule violations (including statpadding) scroll down a bit. See the rules page for more information.

Disputes

Team captains may dispute a game if their team witnessed suspicious behavior or experienced debilitating lag or other connection mishaps during the game. Games may also be disputed for unsportsmanlike conduct (including stat-padding and intentional bomb resets). Before submitting the dispute, captains are to inform the other team captain that they are going to dispute the game. Team captains have twenty-four hours from the time the game was played to file a dispute. Any dispute received after twenty-four hours may be denied without review. Any disputes submitted after seven days will not be reviewed. The disputes committee will make a final ruling on the match. They may let the results of the game stand, declare the entire game or a few rounds invalid (and require a replay), or assign a forfeit to one of the teams.

Submit your disputes here.

Note: Please provide as much information as you think would be beneficial. Be sure to leave all films in your fileshare until the game can be reviewed

Report statpadders, and other rule violations, here.

Please provide the link(s) to the game reports on bungie.net, and if possible the game films (films are much more reliable). Also, you may only report 1 player at a time at the moment. So, if it’s a team of statpadders come back and resubmit the request.

If this is for a non-statpadding infraction, provide links to any relevant films/stats/pictures/posts/etc, and then describe the incident in the “additional information” box.

If you have a technical difficulty with anything, let us know and we’ll help solve it.
